Project Highlight: San Bruno Medical Office

Building Size: 20,038 sq. ft.

Architect: Harriman Kinyon Architects, Inc.

This two-story medical office building includes a 7,000 sq. ft. parking garage and 6,000 sq. ft. of office space on the first floor, with elevator and stair access to an 11,000 sq. ft. DaVita dialysis clinic on the second floor.

Constructed with poured-in-place concrete retaining walls, CMU, and metal-framed elements with a stucco finish.

Building Size: 5,500 sq. ft.

This three-level log home includes a 4,875 sq. ft. main residence along with a 910 sq. ft. three-car garage and dedicated ski tuning and storage space.

Interior features include a seven-seat theater, bar and pool table room, and a kitchen equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven.

Completed Fat’s Asia Bistro & Dim Sum Bar in Folsom, a 9,500 sq. ft. restaurant designed by Baldauf Catton Von Eckartsberg.

Inspired by the post-and-beam structures of ancient Asian temples, the design blends traditional architectural elements with a contemporary bistro-style setting. The space features unique artwork, palm trees, and vibrant Chinese zodiac details, creating a distinctive dining environment.

Project Highlight: Jackson Rancheria Public Safety Building

Building Size: 33,500 sq. ft. (2-Story)

Architect: Williams + Paddon Architects + Planners, Inc.

This project marked the first Native American-owned LEED certified building in California and the first LEED certified project in Amador County, achieving Silver certification. The facility houses Police and Fire Departments along with a Network Operations Center, supporting both the Rancheria and the surrounding community.

Key features include raised access flooring with underfloor air distribution, advanced HVAC systems, backup power infrastructure, and a durable exterior composed of natural stone, stucco, steel, and wood elements.

Successfully completed five Department of Veteran Affairs Outpatient Medical Clinics across Victorville, Rancho Cucamonga, Corona, Murrieta, and Palm Desert within a 9-month schedule.

In partnership with Twin Steps Architecture, design, permitting, and construction were performed concurrently, coordinating with five separate building departments to expedite approvals. Scope included design-build delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, and Telecommunications systems, with sites operating seven days a week to meet schedule demands.

All five facilities were completed and opened on time to serve patients.

Completed a 190,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for a Wine Warehouse logistics center, including installation of racking, Tenant Improvement and Material Handling systems.

The project also featured a 20,000 sq. ft. two-story office buildout, a 16,000 sq. ft. keg storage cooler, and a 3,000 sq. ft. dock office, supporting efficient large-scale operations.

This comprehensive aesthetics center brings together plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, and a physician-supervised spa under one roof, creating a fully integrated patient experience. Designed with a residential-inspired aesthetic, the building features a distinctive high-pitched roof and custom detailing that sets it apart from traditional medical facilities.

A specialized project built to serve the community while creating a recognizable local landmark.
