Next week Unified Champions is having their “Choose to Include” spirit week. The members gave suggestions and voted on possible dress up days. Well this years choices definitely include everyone:

Monday, March 20-Adam Sandler Day! Dress like your favorite Sandler Character.
Tuesday—BBQ Dads and Soccer Moms! Dress like the cook and the person who supports soccer the most.
Wednesday—Sports Day! Wear your favorite team gear
Thursday—Western Day! Get out the boots and the hats
Friday— Tye Dye Day! Wear anything tye dye.

Can’t wait to see everyone dressed up!

This Saturday, March 18th, is the Special Olympics Polar Plunge. If your child chose to participate and brought their money in for me to register them, please have them at the Granite Falls Rec Center by 9:45am. Our theme this year is Super Heroes, so participants wear your favorite super hero suit. make sure to bring a towel and a change of clothing for yourself after you jump. See you there!

Polar Plunge will be March 18th at the Granite Falls Rec Center. Our theme for this years jump is Super Heros, so if you are jumping with the GFMS Unified Champions this year dress in your favorite super hero shirt/outfit.

We will be walking uptown Granite Falls Monday, Nov. 21st to decorate our Christmas tree. UC members should have their permission forms turned in before or on Nov.21st. Parents will be called when we are finished decorating and students can be picked up at Huffy’s.

We are in need of a few materials. Please bring empty paper Towel/toilet paper rolls to Mrs. Gruen or Mrs. Hoyt's room so that we can start making some "candy" for our Candyland tree.

This is the last week for our canned food drive. Please send in canned goods with your child so that we can help support South Caldwell Ministries and our community.

We will be starting this week creating decorations for our Christmas tree uptown Granite Falls. Students who signed up for this activity will be staying at GFMS until 4:00pm on Nov. 9, 14, and 16th. We will be walking uptown on the 23rd of Nov. to decorate the tree and then we are going to Huffy's.
