This is a PSA for all grass types! Fall armyworms are out and they are bad this year! These lawn pests usually prefer and mainly show up in Bermuda grasses however this year we have personally confirmed them in St. Augustine and in palisade zoysia. So please if you see unusual brown patches appearing over night, increased bird activity, or if your grass appears to be moving with no breeze please let us know or your lawn chemical company know so it can be treated! I have included pictures of armyworms in my own palisade zoysia yard, so you know what to look for.
