Here is the kitchen 99% finished we just have to grout the rock deco band on the floor all hand drawn and cut came out. Came out so nice

So we have been overwhelming busy the past couple months. So Here is the before pictures of the 3 projects we have been working on all on the same property. A kitchen remodel, a full tear down and rebuild of a barn/shed, and a pool/sunroom and bathroom addition. Stay tuned for the up coming photo dump and the future progress to be made.

Yummy… Mold abatement! In a CRAWLSPACE No room to work and No fun but very very necessary. Next is replacing lumber, tearing out rotten subfloor/ flooring. Re drywall and texture all stress cracks from rot settling.

During the demo process on this remodel we discovered all 3 of the main supports for the second story ADU was over an inch out of plumb!!!! Yikes 😳.. We went ahead and took care of that for them and let me tell you, that was some hard but fun work!!

This project was fun 👎🏻 😂 we had to cut the concrete foundation, hand dig this trench, get everything ready for plumbing for this new bathroom/ laundry room. It was a laborious task for sure!!
