Last year we insulated over 300 attics at low to no cost. We were able to accomplish this by offering our customers instant incentives through the Energytrust of Oregon. We are running a similar promotion for the winter & spring months of 2024!!! So if you missed out last year, this is your chance to get your attic insulation upgraded for an unbelievably good deal.

Here is how it works:

1) Call us to set up an inspection. One of our inspectors will set up an appointment to look at your attic to see if your home qualifies. Inspections are always free and the process typically takes between 15 to 30 minutes.

2) When your home does qualify, our inspector will go over the process with you and schedule your attic installation. There is a two tier system. One with no cost installation & the other at .25 per square foot cost.

$0 No cost Rentals. Landlords: Your rentals attics that qualify under this promotion will also qualify at no cost. Tenants: Reach out to your landlords and tell them about this promotion!

$.25 per square foot Qualifications. Homes that qualify for the program but are above the income limits may still qualify for low cost attic insulation.

3) We will send you an official contract. Documents will be sent electronically through docu-sign or by paper for those that do not have email. The contract will spell out what your homes existing insulation levels are at, what R-value levels we will be insulating to, and any additional items needed to complete the work.

4) Schedule the work. Once the contract has been signed, your job will be scheduled. Due to the heat levels in attics, we will not be scheduling our installations in the afternoons so we will be doing early and mid morning installations.

5) Installation day. You will be provided with a list of things that you can do to help make this process go smoothly. Early morning installations will be set times and mid morning will be an approximate time depending on the job before it. We will contact you if there are delays.

6) Completion. Upon completion of the work, you will be sent a follow up email. We can answer any questions that you may have, follow up with any pictures we may have of work done (before & after) and send you a link where you can give us a review.

*If your home does not qualify, our inspector will let you know while he is there why it did not qualify. He may also let you know if he finds any areas of concern. Some reasons that a home may not qualify is the type of heat source the home has, your home has sufficient attic insulation, or there may be accessibility or health & safety issues that would not enable our installers to perform the job properly.

We are Hiring. Looking for additional help doing attic insulation. Pay starts at $15/hr for the bag loader. $20/hr for Lead driver/attic blower.
3-4 attics per day
Hours are M-F 7:00-3:00+

Lead Requirements: Valid Oregon Drivers License, Clean driving record, pass a background check, random drug testing. Some experience necessary.
