Installed a decorative rain chain on a project we installed gutters on. The rain chain will later direct the water into a catch basin of the homeowners choice. This will add a nice aesthetic to the already beautiful home during our wet months!

Another one wrapped up! 🏠🔨

This project was more than just a roof replacement. We installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Aged Copper, corrected the roof ventilation, repaired sagging eaves that were missing proper structural support, and finished it off with custom 24-gauge Snap-Lock metal on the cupola and walls.

The metal upgrades were something I felt would really bring the whole project together, so we added them at no additional cost to the homeowner.

We take a lot of pride in the details. It’s not just about putting on a new roof—it’s about leaving the home better than we found it.

This is the kind of craftsmanship we love highlighting through the Rogue Valley Business Collective.

Mike Mccloud Construction just completed this full roof replacement, and there's a lot more happening here than new shingles.

🔥 Owens Corning Duration shingles in Aged Copper
🔥 24-gauge lifetime Snap-Lock panels custom-installed on the cupola and wall
🔥 Roof ventilation corrected to help maximize the home's efficiency
🔥 Sagging eaves repaired after finding they were built without proper outrigger supports
🔥 And those metal aesthetic upgrades? Mike purchased the material himself and added them at no charge to the customer.

Look at that cupola against the shingle pattern. That's not "get it done and leave."

That's somebody looking at the house and saying, "I know what would make this better."
