Warmer temps means poisonous and non-poisonous snakes are out and moving.

These are pictures of copperheads, a dangerous and poisonous snake we find in neighborhood flower beds, under bushes and in piles of firewood or leaves.

They can be a bit hard to identify. Since the copperhead is a pit viper, it has a very distinctive head that's triangular-shaped or arrowhead-shaped.

Be careful out there!!
