We just finished up this beautiful like for like decks rebuild for a wonderful client in Lake Wildwood. Built from the ground up with all pressure treated lumber, Timbertech decking fastened with hidden fasteners, RDI railing system with espresso colored top cap, and espresso colored borders. We also installed lattice and post cap lights. This was another smooth project that ended with a very happy client. This is a 750 sq. ft. deck replacement we recently did. We used Timbertech Antique Leather deck boards for decking and treads. Picture framed with Timbertech Dark Roast for borders, risers, top cap, and fascia. We used metal works RDI railing system. Happy we were able to get this job done in a timely manner before the holidays. Another satisfied customer.

Here is a window/siding replacement we recently completed in downtown Grass Valley. This house was built in 1937 and had existing ship lap siding covered by aluminum siding. We demoed aluminum siding, pulled and replaced all windows, cased and trimmed interior of windows and replaced 2 exterior doors. Repaired a few areas that had dry rot. Waterproofed and wrapped in hardie trim and siding. Homeowners were very pleased with how this project turned out which is what is most important to us at KCH Construction. 🏠🔨🪚💪

This is a deck we finished recently using Coconut Husk Timbertech decking fastened with hidden fasteners. We picture framed the landings and stair treads. Installed redwood posts and top caps with metal rust colored balusters. We also had to do some excavation, retaining walls, and a French drain. The customer was very pleased with the end result.

The same client we did the cedar deck for also had a old cabin the wanted removed so we were able to do that aswell.

We were recently referred this deck repair from a real estate friend Aliciana Faith Swinney. The homeowner bought the house “as is” with a dilapidated, meaning beyond repair. We developed a game plan with the homeowner and decided to use cedar decking picture framed with borders so there would be no splices, redwood posts and top cap, and powder coated satin black metal rails. The homeowners couldn’t be happier and we are happy we were able to meet all their needs.

A customer recently reached out and said she had a feed shed at her animal sanctuary that needed a new roof. We came up with a plan and executed it and she was beyond happy with the results.

Wrap around spiced rum trex hidden fasteners deck we wrapped up this week! Home owners wanted to do a custom top cap but we got them the rest of the way!
