At Grasston Excavating and Landscaping, we work hard to follow all local, county, state, and federal regulations related to our projects. Rules and permitting requirements can vary quite a bit between townships and counties here in Minnesota, and they also change frequently.

If you ever have questions about work you’ve seen us doing or work you’d like done on your own property, feel free to call, text, email, or message us on Facebook. We’re always happy to help explain what permits may be required and what options are available for your project.

We take pride in being open about our work. You’ll continue seeing our signs, photos, and project updates throughout the season. We also appreciate working with local and state officials whenever needed to make sure projects are completed properly.
