Poole's Tree Experts was established in 1965 by John Poole, Jr. Although John is now retired, his son, Eric Poole, now owns the business with over 30 years of experience. Eric always went to work with his father as a child and began working for him during the summers as a teenager. He worked full-time alongside his father and brother at the age of 18. Our bucket truck operator grew up with Eric and also started working for John at the age of 18; he continues to work with Eric daily.
Despite John’s retirement, he has 61 years of experience and regularly checks in with the crew to inquire about the progress of the jobs. Eric has also brought in the third generation of the Poole family to work alongside him, our son, Deric. As a child, Deric went to work with his father and grandfather whenever possible, so he has grown up surrounded by the business. Now at the age of 19, he eagerly anticipates going to work every day with his father as he continues to learn more about the business.
As mentioned earlier, this small local family business boasts more experience than any other in the industry. We are fully insured and licensed. We do not require upfront payment and guarantee that the jobs will be completed safely and to the customer’s satisfaction. We offer both daily rates and rates per tree or stump.
