As the saying goes, 'when the cat is away, the mice will play.' This morning, I pulled into the shop and was met with a scene of employees enjoying a snowball fight. It was humorous. The atmosphere was excellent, and it was heartening to see everyone having so much fun. I am grateful for our team.

Looks like spring is giving us one more big snow storm! We do expect to see 1.5-3 feet of snow between Thursday night and Monday. We currently have 13 primary employees with a couple back operators for handling snow for our customers. Our crews will be working a maximum of 16 hour shifts with a required 8 hour rest period before going back out. Our mechanic has been working endlessly to ensure all of our trucks and equipment are back in the best possible condition. We will do everything within our power to stay on top of the snow for everyone. We have office staff to handle your phone calls during the day and an after hours emergency phone line for our existing snow customers.

Anyone new customers looking for just a one time service will be cleared out after the storms are done, all of our routine commercial and residential customers have been serviced and our employees have had a chance to get plenty of rest.
