Feel Good Friday 🤍

We’re starting something new at BMAC.

Every Friday, we’re stepping outside the job sites and into our community — highlighting local organizations, giving back, and supporting the people who make this area home.

This week we spent the afternoon with Love INC of Lake County turning “grandma’s old paintings” (sorry Grams, no beef with your paintings😂) into chalkboards for kids moving into new homes.

Because for many families, getting the keys is just the beginning — and having the basics to actually live in that space makes all the difference.

Grateful to be a small part of what they’re doing in our community 🤍

Lakehouse with zero views!? You would never believe this is the same house.

What started as a closed-off, outdated lake house with barely any view…
is now open, bright, and completely transformed.

We removed walls, reworked the entire layout, and designed every space around the water and how our clients live— because what’s the point of a lake house if you can’t actually see the lake and enjoy it?

This home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt from top to bottom, turning it into a space that finally feels as good as its location.

This is just a glimpse of the transformation…

Sci-Fi Pirate Basement. 👀

Our client in Saugnash had a vision and we are HERE for it!

It started with an idea to repurpose the home’s original subfloor into a ceiling feature. Instead of replacing it, we cut, planned, and installed each board to turn something structural into a defining design element.

From there, we took it a step further.

We’re building out a custom captain’s quarter feature wall, incorporating the home’s original windows — currently being refinished and brought back to life as part of the space.

This is the kind of project where the details matter, and every element has a purpose.
