Hearing from customers like this is what makes all the hard work worth it. Just got a call from a homeowner thanking us and letting us know how great their roof looks—and more importantly, that the leaks are completely gone.
A week ago, we ran into a hiccup that could’ve slowed everything down. The delivery showed up with the wrong color shingles—definitely not what was ordered and not what the customer had picked out. Instead of letting it turn into a delay or settling for something that wasn’t right, we got on it immediately, made the calls, and had the correct shingles re-delivered the same day.
We stayed on top of it, kept the job moving, and made sure everything was done exactly how it was supposed to be done.
In the end, the right materials went on, the roof came out great, and the customer is happy and dry again.
Grateful for every homeowner that trusts us, and proud of the way the team handles problems when they come up—quick, clean, and the right way.
