1. Cut corners on materials-every panel, floorboard, and fixture is high-quality.

2. Skip proper insulation- cozy doesn’t mean cold or drafty.

3. Ignore building codes or safety standards- we always meet or exceed regulations. No exceptions.

4. Overcrowd or poorly plan the space- tiny doesn’t mean chaotic.

5. Rush craftsmanship- we take the time to make it perfect from framing to finish.
