We are super happy to have had the opportunity to help the Jefferson County little league, build two new tee ball fields. We started around February 20th and we’re able to have them finished by opening day.
Big thx to Larryandmegan Guerra, Sean Guerra- JR Heffner( Harper’s Ferry Brewery), VGW staff for the major dirt work and drain pipe installation, (Dillon and Declan Krop) and all the Volunteers who helped lay the 40 pallets, aka 24,000 Sq Ft of tall fescue sod, keeping it watered, laying straw mat and raking infield dirt. Thanks again for Green Horizon turf farm for the great sod.

I never realized how much time and help the people I mentioned above and others, spend on there own time helping to keep the fields up year round. I was able to make some life long friends out of this and that is just awesome.
Thanks to all the Ladies and Gentlemen who keep the Little League going smooth and awesome for all these great kids! ⚾️⚾️⚾️

Landscape - Mowing Crew Foreman
- 2-3 year experience preferred.
- able to be a good respectful leader to crew and good communication to office staff.
- need to be able to fill out job sheets.
- good with time management and attention to detail of projects.
- in charge of company vehicle and tools and loading materials for daily jobs.
- have valid drivers license.
- bilingual preferred.
- job includes: mowing, clean ups, mulch, pruning, plant installation, tree work, ect.
- competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

- Pay $16- $18 based on experience
- $300 sign on bonus after 3 months of good work.

Busy busy week here at the VGW!
Finished up a full front foundation landscape with new plants and a flagstone walkway in Great Falls. Took down nine, 80ft oak trees and stumps in Great Falls. Planted some new trees on another job with our little helpers in Charles Town and the VGW Disposal service moved about 25 dumpsters this week. Great job Seth Jester and our property maintenance team keeping all of our clients houses mowed and weeded. Have a great weekend everyone!
