is successful because of the relationships that we develop with our clients. Founded in Greeley, Colorado, in 1971 by Patrick T. Roche, the company has grown to add regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada; Westminster, Colorado; and Warsaw, Indiana. In our 50-year history, Roche has established itself as a leader in the construction industry. We offer a full range of services including preconstruction budgeting, scheduling, value assessments and constructability reviews, final estimating, project management and administration, and project post-construction services. Our diverse project background includes retail, education, government/justice, commercial office/banking, healthcare, light industrial, and recreation. Our focus is on establishing and maintaining relationships with clients who require the services of a solid and dependable contracting partner and expect the job to be done right, on time, every time.

As students return this fall, we're revisiting a standout project on the University of Northern Colorado, UNC campus, the Empower Center.

As UNC’s first 100% donor-funded building, the Empower Center is more than a training facility, it’s a testament to what can happen when a community rallies behind its student-athletes. The space brings strength and conditioning, sports performance, and wellness resources under one roof to support the Bears on and off the field.

For our team at Roche Constructors, it was an honor to partner with UNC, its donors, and its athletics staff to deliver a facility that enhances the student-athlete experience and redefines how the Bears train, on time and on budget.

Roche Constructors is proud to have served as the builder for Target’s newest 128,000-square-foot store in Firestone, CO, located near Interstate 25 and Colorado Highway 119.

Designed to support everyday convenience and long-term community growth, this 48th Colorado Target location features a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks Café, a “Food Forward” fresh grocery layout, and EV charging to make shopping more sustainable. The store is expected to bring approximately 200 local jobs to the area, reinforcing the positive impact that thoughtful retail development can have on a growing community.
