🚧 Big things are happening at Wagner Electric! 🚧

We are excited to announce that Wagner Electric has been selected to partner with Landmark Homes on the highly anticipated Union Park Community in Fort Collins.

After years of planning and overcoming numerous milestones, Union Park is officially underway. This incredible development will bring 603 residential units, commercial space, and a child-care center to southeast Fort Collins. Wagner Electric is proud to be part of Phase 1, which includes 457 apartments and townhomes, a clubhouse, and a community pool.

We are excited to continue creating opportunities for our team to grow personally and professionally and help Landmark build a successful project to deliver to the community.

We have officially broke ground, construction is well underway, and we couldn't be more excited to partner with the Landmark Homes team to deliver a successful project for the Fort Collins community.

⚡️ in the darkness…..Power was out early this morning, but we were good! was well before sunrise and this guy was tired!

Just goes to show, out of no where your power is out for reasons we hardly ever know. Blown transformers, some drove into a pole, issues at the power plant, someone digging without locates… it goes on and on.. Just be ready, we can help!
