Even the government had a difficult time handling this storm! Thank you everyone for your patience.

We want to be transparent with our community: during yesterday's snow plow operations, a portion of Snow Plow Route 17B (the area bound by red in the map below) was inadvertently missed during the initial pass.

Here's what happened: Route 17B was assigned to an additional crew helping us manage a high-demand storm day. A miscommunication led to the wrong route being plowed, and the error wasn't caught before we reported that all routes had been completed. We apologize to the residents in that area for the inconvenience and for any inaccurate information shared.

✅ The good news: Our crews were deployed to Route 17B first thing this morning with multiple units, and the area is being taken care of right now.

Our Public Works team worked incredibly hard responding to multiple emergencies during a chaotic storm, and we appreciate your patience as we make this right.

If you have reached out for help with snow removal and haven't gotten a response yet, we promise to get back to you as soon as we finish our regular seasonal customers.

We are doing our best to conquer the 2nd largest snowstorm in over 100 years and it's a grueling task that is taking forever and a day since we are such a small company.

We haven't posted in a while because we've been working hard on our busiest year ever...

This was a massive 2-part backyard makeover for a client in the shadow of Lambeau Field involving a 4ft retaining wall, 6ft privacy fence, 2 patios, 3 seating walls and all new sod.
