Master bathroom update. 1961 called and said they wanted their style back. Moisture had gotten under the tile floor and the subfloor was rotten, also some moisture got behind the walls and had caused some other issues. Replaced all the subfloor, drywall, insulation and the window , and moved the bathroom door back two feet to create some extra storage.. I think this one turned out very nice.

Finished up this basement bathroom, originally plumbed for a half bath so had to add the shower drain also

Putting new windows on a house, original windows coming out. House is 2x6 construction with 1 inch foam on the exterior, no tape or caulk on the windows, and all held in with 1&1/2 inch nails.For 42ish years they have been held in with the power of hopes and dreams

Removed a 4 foot shower unit and opened up to a 5 foot shower base and prepped for tile. They will have a much more usable shower. Will go back and install the shower door once they finish the tile.
