Story time,
I didn’t build Royal Flush Plumbing Service LLC overnight, and I definitely didn’t build it without setbacks.
I started with a trade I knew, a willingness to work, and the belief that if I treated people right and did good work, I could build something that would last.
There have been good years and hard years. Long days, late nights, difficult jobs, equipment problems, unexpected expenses, slow periods, tough customers, mistakes, and plenty of lessons.
But every setback taught me something.
It taught me that your reputation matters. Your name matters. And when a customer lets you into their home or business, they are trusting you to solve their problem the right way.
I’ve been in the plumbing trade for more than two decades, and Royal Flush was built around a simple idea: do the job right, be honest about what the customer needs, and stand behind the work.
Over the years, that small plumbing company has grown into much more. With the help I receive from my amazing wife, children and our unstoppable team of great employees, today, Royal Flush handles service plumbing, drain cleaning, hydro jetting, sewer camera inspections, locating, smoke testing, excavation, sewer and water line replacement and so much more. We do both residential and commercial.
We’ve invested in equipment, training, people, and technology so we can solve problems from the fixture inside the building all the way to the sewer or water line underground.
But what I’m most proud of isn’t the equipment.
It’s the name.
Royal Flush.
People in the Green Bay area know that name because we earned it one job at a time—crawling through basements, working in the cold, digging up broken sewer lines, answering emergency calls, fixing other people’s mistakes, and showing up when customers needed someone they could trust.
There are bigger companies with bigger advertising budgets, more trucks, and more employees.
That’s never been how I wanted Royal Flush to be measured.
I want us measured by the quality of our work, how we treat our customers, and whether people are comfortable recommending us to their family and friends.
I’m proud of how far this company has come, but there’s a lot more ahead.
The ups taught me gratitude.
The downs taught me resilience.
And both helped build Royal Flush Plumbing Service LLC into the company it is today.
I didn’t inherit a big plumbing company.
I built one.
One customer.
One job.
One lesson.
One reputation at a time.
And after everything it took to get here, I’m more determined than ever to keep building a company that Green Bay can trust for generations to come.
