It’s Throwback Thursday with this dock rebuild! After flooding and damage from Hurricane Irma in 2017, this dock needed a revamp. Calusa Builders removed the existing boathouse and built a new and improved one! A 13,000 lb. Tide Tamer boat lift was added to the boathouse as well as two catwalks and sitting area.

The owner of this dock wanted a roof addition without breaking the bank. The solution was a lean-to style roof. A simple stand alone build for about half the cost, designed by Jeremy, the owner of Calusa Builders.

With a 300 ft. Storm resistant dock and TWO boat lifts - one 10,000 lbs. and the other 20,000 lbs.! It will last for decades to come.
