Today, KCI Construction joined MoDOT, project partners, local officials and community leaders to celebrate the groundbreaking of the U.S. Route 67 Safety and Operational Improvements Project in St. Charles County.

Another major milestone is in the books at the St. Louis Children's Hospital at CoxHealth project in Springfield.

Last week, our crews completed the remaining slab-on-grade pour, placing 460 yards of concrete across 27,000 square feet. The team kicked off the operation at 1:30 a.m. and successfully wrapped up by 3:00 p.m., showcasing the planning, coordination, and dedication it takes to keep a project of this scale moving forward.

Every milestone brings this future healthcare facility one step closer to serving children and families throughout the region.
