Cornerstone Foundation System is a unique, patented and permanent structural foundation that not only supports the rim joist continuously but also eliminates any unsecured gap at the top or bottom perimeter of the home. Cornerstone Foundation is a pre-cast concrete panel that bolts tightly to the bottom of the home and securely fastens to the footing. Cornerstone Foundation System includes within its design perimeter piers and tie downs, this means those items are not necessary to include or install, therefore the overall cost to the homeowner is less.
