Our builds are moving right along, and we’re excited to share what’s happening this week:

🔌 40 Hudson Cove – Power is on! Counters, floors, appliances, and backsplash are in, and brickwork is wrapping up on the exterior.

🔨 64 Pilgrim Rest – Tongue and groove porch ceilings, roof, and soffit/fascia are in, and mechanical rough-in is underway.

🧱 27 Hudson Cove – Footings and block are complete, and the slab is filled with screenings and ready for rough-in plumbing!

We love seeing the progress on each of these homes come together step by step!
