Sunrise slab check before we pour on this nice, gentle, not warm at all Friday!
Today we have this slab going in, a mini split system being installed, and a pad being built for a shop!

This past week we got some brick installed, porch roof framed, mechanical rough ins, and a slab plumbed and filled. Concrete coming Friday and framing starting next week!

It’s been a busy summer, and it looks like fall is filling up too!

Our Church Street project is coming along. Foundation is strong, siding is almost finished, new metal roof going on soon, and floors are about to be installed.

The duplex is framed up and dried in. Mechanicals are being roughed in this week and brick will be going on soon!

And last but not least, this custom home is blocked up and ready to be filled and plumbed. We’ll have walls going up soon! 🔨🏠

French drain day!

Unwanted water=worst nightmare!!!
Site prep is the single most important stage of any project. If drainage is not addressed right off the bat, and the ground is not looked at closely, there will be problems down the line!

As we get ready to dig footings for this duplex, this French drain will divert water away from the front of the house and back to the drainage ditch where it belongs!
