While the visible blocks or stones get the attention, the underground backfill controls the water pressure and soil weight that cause most structural failures.

It is very disheartening to see so many so-called “contractors” taking advantage of people.

Not one aspect of this wall was constructed properly, resulting in almost immediate failure.

Luckily, nobody was hurt when 6’ of 80 pound blocks fell over.

Please, do your research, and hire an expert to build your retaining wall.
