As the Owner and Founder of Brandon Frank Construction LLC, I would like to take a moment to share a bit about who we are and the company culture that separates us from our competition. We are a carpentry-based construction company with 85% of each house being completed by our employees and not subcontractors. We pride ourselves on our un

matched workmanship and extremely high attention to detail in every aspect of the construction process. I started out as a Frame Carpenter and eventually evolved into a Trim Carpenter then into Remodeling. During my construction career, I have also developed a love for historical remodels and have received 3 preservation awards for work completed on historical buildings in Downtown Nashville. My company now specializes in Custom Homes although we are proud to offer many trades to the Customers and other Contractors we have the pleasure of working with. Every employee has worked with me, beside me, or known me since I was a Frame Carpenter and together we have grown into the company that is now known as BFC. I am surrounded by a strong group of people that work hard every day to make our Customers’ dream homes and projects come to life. Kristy Hardy, my Office Manager & Secretary, along with Josh Dorris, my Project Manager, and Katrina Zeligman, my Office Assistant, all work hand in hand with our Customers while employees such as our Trim Carpenters and our Tile Installers ensure these visions are carried out onto the job site to create a flawless, easy process from start to finish. I could not be more proud of the team I have and I look forward to seeing how Brandon Frank Construction can help make your home dreams come true!

Meet Katrina Zeligman, Office Assistant at Brandon Frank Construction and Real Estate Agent with Viridian Real Estate Partners!

Katrina keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, handling everything from payroll and subcontractors to materials, calls, bills, tax prep, and insurance audits.

When she’s not keeping the office in order, you’ll usually find her with a good book or deep into her newest hobby… a serious LEGO obsession!

Family is at the center of her world. She’s been married to her husband Shawn for nearly 27 years, and they have two kids - Tyler, who is a student and baseball player at Vol State, and Lexie, a behavioral therapist who recently got married.

At home, life is never dull with three dogs: Maggie and Beast, their English Bulldogs, and Steve, their 4-month-old Great Dane keeping everyone on their toes.

What started as dirt, equipment, plans, and big dreams slowly became streets, homes, front porches, lights, landscaping and now a charming community full of life.

Westbrook Townhomes has been such a special project for us at Brandon Frank Construction, and this video captures the journey from the very beginning all the way to the finished product.

There were long days, obstacles, problem-solving, and countless moving pieces behind the scenes but seeing where it started compared to where it is now makes every bit of it worth it.
