Worked at a home this week that’s getting staged and ready to go on the market. I painted the oak bathroom cabinets/vanity in Sherwin-Williams White Duck using the Emerald Eurethane line of paint in satin finish.
Then I painted the lower half below the chair rail in foyer and dining room to match the upper half. The lower half was done in a tan, so i used Sherwin Williams Cashmere line in the color Crème which is the color on the top half.
Whoever painted the wall before got the tan paint all over the baseboard and I couldn’t leave it like that, so I repainted/cut in the top of the baseboard for clean crisp line.
I also paint the front door from red to Tricorn black which is also a Sherwin Williams color.
Now the front entry has a striking front door and entryway when you walk in. Painting the walls all the same color makes the room seem bigger.
I’m sure this home won’t be on the market long.
