Complete renovation of an early 1900’s house in Shippensburg. Removed existing kitchen, bathrooms, all ceilings, windows, stairway, several plaster walls and all flooring. Made structural repairs to 100 year-old framing timbers. New kitchen cabinets, backsplash and appliances. New bathrooms, stairway and windows installed. New waterproof LVP flooring installed throughout. Started project in early November. New tenants moved in February 1.
