Deck is all finished except for fascia board on sides of steps. Will come back in few weeks to wrap beams and gutters will be on soon. Homeowner is doing soffits and landscaping their selves. Also their son Lucas gave us a helping hand holding boards and cleaning up. He even had lunch with us all and got a SM Builders hat Thanks Lucas

As of now I will not be returning or answering any more questions on the weekends. I will be available Monday thru Friday. My weekends I do a lot of estimates on Saturday mornings and Sunday’s I do a lot of paperwork so need my focus on that end of the business. So please any questions ask on those days . Thanks

Trex decking going down along with Trex skirting and vinyl railing

Framing Inspection passed and roof is shingled.
Now we will install Trex decking , skirting, and railing

Wrap around porch over new Trex deck we did this week. This was a tough one with all the obstacles we had to deal with but we have happy customers and that’s all that matters
