There’s not many places we can’t get a helical pile! With less than 24” of clearance we were able to install 5 helical piles within 1/4” under this porch for a new carrying beam and complete renovation. The previous concrete footings heaved out of the ground as you can see in the photos and the homeowner knew exactly who to call so that doesn’t happen again! Even with heavy thundershowers we installed 12 piles for a cottage being delivered in a few weeks. They were all installed square, parallel, plumb & within an 1/8th inch elevation of each other using our adjustable pile caps and a rotary laser.
