Turf Management/Lawn Specialist
Fertilizer/Pesticide Applicator

Qualifications:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Transportation and ability to commute to Greenfield
• Category 3B pesticide license or RT certification is required
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Must be of legal age to operate heavy machinery (typically 18 years or older)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
• Handle & apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides per state regulations
• Conduct inspections & identify weeds, pests, diseases, and other turf issues
• Must be able to calibrate & operate machinery, Standon spreader/sprayer knowledge (Zspray)
• Communicate with customers about treatments and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain application records and follow all safety & PPE guidelines
• Maintain and safely operate company vehicles & equipment while keeping then neat and clean
• Other job tasks may include aerating, seeding, landscape bed care/weed removal
• Assist with other landscaping tasks when needed such as mulching, mowing, and bed maintenance.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
There are a couple team members missing in the photo. This photo was taken at Fasttimes Indoor Karting during our company employee appreciation day. •Equipment Operator - experience preferred but will train

•Hand Labor - run small machines the size of a mower, shovels, snow blowers.
