Upscale Landcare LLC Please allow us to introduce ourselves, we are Jon and Bruce Marshall and we are passionate about the landscape maintenance business!

Upscale Landcare provides it's customers with quality, personalized lawn care and maintenance, hardscape design and installation, irrigation install and maintenance, quality outdoor lighting and more! We have been maintaining properties, on the seacoast for many years. Some examples are: Portsmouth Regional Hospital, Martins Point Healthcare Center (Pease Tradeport), Meadowood at Dover, Stratham

Green Condos, Pheasant Run Condos (Stratham), WHEB, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, along with many residential properties in New Castle,North Hampton, Hampton, Rye, Stratham, Greenland, Portsmouth and Kittery. We have both been Portsmouth and seacoast residents for over 35 years. Our father, a Portsmouth native, founded The Bread Box and Beverage Barn in 1977. He owned and operated this establishment, which became the largest beverage retailer in NH until 1994. At that time Jon became President and owner, converting the business into Marshall’s Bread Box Deli & Pizza, which still exists today. Bruce lived in Jacksonville Beach Florida for 17 years, where he learned the landscape trade becoming a Field Supervisor for a large firm in that area. One of his notable clients was Pat Summerall of ABC Sports and many fine businesses and residents in the Ponte Vedra Florida area. Our vision is to provide clients with professional, efficient, quality work. We will do this by being an Owner-Operated company maintaining a small, manageable client base. As our client, you will be treated with the utmost care and attention. We pride ourselves on quality work and would love to maintain your property.
