Couple final coat “wet” shots from one we finished up yesterday for Mitchco, Inc. For those of you that have $900k laying around you should go check this house out! Beautiful home with tons of extra details 👌🏼

We don’t do a lot of prefinished but when we do it pretty epic! 7.5” engineered livesawn European Oak with UV cured penetrating oil finish. This engineered floor can be refinished multiple times so it should last these homeowners for the rest of their lives with the proper care.🔥🔥 Installed on plywood subfloor treated with Wakol PU280 moisture barrier and locked down forever with a combination of staples and MS262 adhesive. Installed unfinished flush mount vents and color matched with some impact oil for the finishing touch.
