We had the opportunity to help out a homeowner take out a wall separating the play room from the living room. Took the wall out and put an engineered beam in to carry the second story according to engineered specs. The homeowner wants to finish the baseboard and painting themselves. Thanks Stephen Terrance Herd for finishing the Sheetrock. Can’t wait for some updated pictures from the homeowner
