A few before and after pictures of this job I did in Chestertown. It's an older 2 1/4" white oak floor with a section of 2 1/4 red oak in the kitchen area. I sanded it all down and finished it natural with three coats of Glitsa finish. After pics are shiny because the finish is stll wet, but dulls down to a satin sheen when dry.

This is an old Heart Pine floor that I recently finished near Denton. I sanded off the old finish and smoothed out ripples and dig marks from the previous sand job. The floor was finished natural with 3 coats of Glitsa finish. Pics were taken after 2nd coat dried, a 3rd coat was applied over top if this.

This is an older white oak floor in Easton MD that was pretty worn. We sanded it down, did a couple of repairs where there were pipe holes and a burned spot that someone had filled with white putty. We applied 3 coats of Glitsa finish and installed shoemold. The one picture where it looks shiny is because the finish is wet and will dry to a satin sheen.

This was our 2nd time sanding and finishing this floor back in March 2024, it is white oak block floor in the Bonheur Icecream Shop in Easton Md. This floor had been pretty scratched up and worn from sliding tables, chairs and just general foot traffic, so we resanded it and finished it natural with 3 coats of Satin Glitsa Finish

I haven't posted in awhile, so.. This is a house that we worked in years ago and now they added some more hardwood upstairs. It's Walnut plank floor, sanded and finished with Minwax Red Mahogany stain, and three coats of satin Glitsa finish. We also installed white painted shoemold to finish it off around the edges. Some pics show the floor with shiny wet finish applied, this will flow out smooth and dry to a satin sheen.

New white oak plank floor sanded and finished natural with three coats of Glitsa Finish. Only bad part was the tiny ledge about 10 feet high that I had to climb up on to sand and finish.
