Your crawl space is one of the most overlooked areas of your home. In fact, many homeowners have never even seen what’s beneath their floors! Unfortunately, out of sight doesn’t always mean out of trouble. A professional crawl space inspection could save you a pretty penny in costly repairs!

Just like inside your home, excessive humidity and moisture in your crawl space can lead to serious problems. Damp conditions create the perfect environment for mold growth, insects, and rodents, while also contributing to wood rot, musty odors, and poor indoor air quality.

Don’t wait until a small moisture problem turns into an expensive repair!

📞 Call PMi today to schedule your crawl space inspection and protect your home from the ground up!

p.s. - follow along for part 2 of this crawlspace encapsulation.

We will be at Summerfield Farms for the Hocus Pocus Halloween Bash, come say hi! 👋🏻

The crawl space is an area of the home that isn’t thought about very often. In most cases it one of the few places that a homeowner has never seen. A crawl space inspection can save thousands of dollars in potential damages!

Not only can high humidity in your living space can cause problems, but the same is true in your crawl space. In this type of environment many things can thrive such as mold, insects and rodents. It can lead to wood decay, musty odors, and poor indoor air quality. Excessive moisture on the underside of your floor system can even cause hardwood floors to start cupping due to expansion of the wood occurring on that one side.

Call us today to schedule your inspection.

Rodents in the home can be a bad enough issue; however, infestations of rodents in your car can cause some serious problems. Rodent teeth never stop growing, and they need to consistently chew things to keep their teeth sharp and short. That means that anything in or on your car is at risk.

Searching for pest and rodent control specialists to help with your infestation? We’re here to help. Contact us with any questions or concerns you have about our rodent control services and continue reading our blog for more information today!

Are you dealing with rodents in your car? It can be difficult to know whether mice or rats are living in your car, but we're here to help you figure it out.

TUTU TUESDAY, until the break of dawn!!! 🪩💃🏽

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is in full swing, and you know what that means!!💗

Every Tuesday in October, our team proudly wears pink tutus in honor of those fighting breast cancer, those who have survived, and in memory of those we’ve lost. Together, we continue the fight for a cure and, just as importantly, earlier detection

And once again, we’re turning your support into a donation! 💕

For every like, comment, share, and new follower that comes from our TUTU Tuesday posts, PMi will donate $1 to our friends at .org, a Greensboro-based organization founded by one of our incredible customers, Martha Kaley. Their mission is to fund research
focused on finding an earlier biological test for breast cancer.

So show our tutus some love today! 💖 Like, comment, share & follow - every interaction helps us give back and make a difference.
