With all the rain we had this spring, this over flow pipe got some debris stuck in it and plugged up. With a little work we had it flowing again! And luckily we didn’t need to go swimming!

We did the building pad for this building last December. Customer called us to help get floor drains in and ran out side...

We did the building pad for this building last December. Customer called us to help get floor drains in and ran out side. Along with getting the bulk of the floor graded out for concrete. Since we stubbed out some floor drains and ran an outlet out away from the building we did the same for the gutters as well!

Fixed a sink hole in this back yard! A gutter drain line got gut a few years ago when a gas line got installed. The connection settled and started pulling soil. Got the connections taped up, pipe bedded in, and covered over! No job to small give us a call!

Customer wanted a loop drive installed to make it easier for turning trailers around. With putting in the loop we needed to move the shed and we used som block he had from another project to build a wall and make a nice platform for the building to sit on! We also in stalled another water hydrant next to his garden beds. While we did that we put in a drain for the well house so rain water won’t sit in it and create other problems!

Installed gutter drains and floor drain outlets. Put in two basin boxes in a couple low spots that held water and put a drive in for the front of the barn!

Here is a few pictures of a 40x 60 building pad we did last week. It also has a 10x 30 lean to on one side with an 8x 10 covering over the walk in door.
Once the building is up we will be back to get some utilities over to it and the drive in for it!
