Unfortunately, the memorial will not be completed.

At my attorney’s direction, I have documented the situation and all related communications. Today, I received an email instructing me to stop work from Leslie.

For clarity, the so-called “fundraiser” was nothing more than an attempt to collect donated flowers to make the memorial more beautiful That was the entire purpose, and completely harmless.

From the very beginning, I made every effort to communicate, compromise, and resolve issues professionally. I even went far beyond what was required of me personally in an attempt to help resolve the situation.

Unfortunately, reasonable communication and good-faith efforts can only go so far when one person continually creates conflict and refuses to work toward a solution.

I am extremely disappointed that the memorial will be left unfinished. I did my part. I honored our contract and repeatedly tried to move forward.

The decision to stop this project was not mine.

I want to address a recent Facebook post containing statements about my business.

The individual making these claims is not our customer, did not sign the contract, and was not present at any meetings or discussions regarding this project. They therefore do not have firsthand knowledge of the agreement, what was discussed, what was approved, or the work performed.

We respect everyone's right to an opinion, but inaccurate statements presented as facts are not acceptable and are both defamation as well as slander. We have documentation supporting our position and will address this matter through the appropriate channels if necessary.

If I have worked for you previously or currently, you know who I am and how I operate - with much pride, integrity, honesty and respect. I stand behind the work I do and the way I conduct business.

🤪 crazy lines. Couldn’t decide which way to go. Looks alright
