Insulated and sealed garage. Unfortunately 2nd job couldn't be done. Its important that the substrate is within parameters. Good preparation makes a great job.

Before and After of this crawlspace encapsulation.

Step 1: Remove existing fiberglass
Step 2: Bag and safely remove off site
Step 3: Spray mold removal and mold prevention
Step 4: lay down and tape 16 mil reinforced poly to the floor to prevent ground moisture intrusion and seal existing crawlspace vents.
Step 5: Place a commercial dehumidifier to scrub air and dry the crawlspace out.
Step 6: Spray foam crawlspace exterior walls and rim joist and to lock in poly in the ground
Step 7: Place an air scrubber into crawlspace to remove any leftover fumes and smells
Step 8: Installer a crawlspace exhaust fan in one of the vent holes that's on a humidistat switch. This turns on and removes moisture from the crawlspace whenever the relative humidity hits 45% or higher.

Basic crawlspace. But its nice and dry now and clean!
