✨ DESIGN DETAIL | BEAUTY MEETS FUNCTION ✨

Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make a kitchen feel truly special.

At this island, we paired a beautiful apron-front sink with a delicate gold faucet that feels more like jewelry than plumbing. But don’t let the pretty exterior fool you—there’s a pull-down spray cleverly hidden inside, giving you all the function of a hardworking kitchen faucet without sacrificing the look.

We also added a coordinating disposal button directly into the countertop. It’s a small detail, but it keeps everything within easy reach and eliminates the need for another switch on the wall.

These are the kinds of decisions we love making during the design process: How can we make something beautiful AND make everyday life easier?

Because great design isn’t just about how a home looks.

It’s about how it lives. 🤍

✨ LABOR DAY ROOM REVEAL | THE KITCHEN ✨

It’s Labor Day… and if there’s one room in the house where we all know a little something about labor, it’s the kitchen. 😂

So it seemed only fitting that today we officially step inside our September Home Tour and reveal the heart of this home!

This kitchen was designed to be beautiful, but just as importantly, to be lived in. From the cabinetry and countertops to the lighting, hardware and carefully selected finishes, every detail was chosen to work together while still giving this space its own personality.

Because a custom kitchen shouldn’t just look beautiful—it should work for the people who live there, whether you’re cooking dinner, packing lunches, entertaining a houseful or standing at the island wondering what everyone wants to eat… again. 😉

And this one came together beautifully. 🤍

Swipe through for the full reveal and tell us: what detail catches your eye first?

Happy Labor Day!

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” — Psalm 127:1 🤍

This verse feels especially meaningful in a business centered around creating homes.

But it’s about so much more than the houses we build.

We can work hard. We can plan carefully. We can pour everything we have into our homes, our marriages, our families and our businesses. But if we leave the Lord out of it, Scripture reminds us that all of that striving is ultimately in vain.

The foundation matters.

Our prayer is that God would be at the center of the homes we help create, the families who will live inside them, the work of our hands, and the business He has entrusted to us.

Because a beautiful home is a blessing—but a life, a marriage, a family and a business built with the Lord at the center is worth so much more.

Happy Sunday. 🤍

FRIDAY FAVORITE 🤍

If I had to choose one favorite detail on the exterior of this home, it would be the front porch.

There’s just something about an entry that feels like it’s welcoming you home before you ever walk through the door.

From the front door to the lighting and all of the little details surrounding it, this porch sets the tone for everything you’re about to see inside. It feels warm, inviting and intentional—which is exactly what we wanted the entrance to this home to be.

It’s one of those spaces that makes me want to pull up a chair and stay awhile. 🤍

What’s the first thing you notice when you look at this entry?

BEHIND THE BUILD 🏠

Before the pretty finishes, the perfect hardware, and all those little details we love… there’s this.

One of our favorite parts of designing a home is watching something that started as lines on paper begin to take shape in real life.

Over the next month, we’re showing you the finished spaces inside this home—but we also want to take you behind the scenes and show you a little of what it took to get there.

From the ground up, every beautiful finished space starts with a plan.

Swipe to see where this one began. ➡️

THIS OR THAT ✨

When it comes to cabinet hardware, which team are you on?

K***S or PULLS?

K***s can give cabinetry a classic, understated look, while pulls can make a space feel a little more tailored and substantial.

And sometimes… the answer is BOTH. 😉

We love using hardware as the finishing touch that pulls an entire room together—and you’d be surprised how much this one little detail can change the look of your cabinetry.

So tell us: K***s or pulls? 👇

✨ SEPTEMBER HOME TOUR ✨

She’s finished — and we’ve been waiting to show you around.

This month, we’re taking you inside one of our recently completed homes for the sweetest family… room by room, detail by detail. From the big design moments to the smallest selections, every space in this home has its own personality — and there is so much to see.

We’ll be sharing the kitchen, living room, primary suite, bathrooms, butler’s pantry, laundry room and some of our favorite design details along the way. We’ll even take you behind the scenes to show you how some of these spaces came together during construction.

But first… the exterior. 🤍

Welcome home.
