Brandi Brian Lawn Care is looking to hire a lawn care technician in Greenville SC. The candidate must have a good work ethic, be able to pay attention to detail, and be able to work indipendently, without direct supervision.
The ideal employee will be self motivated, able to work long hours in the heat, and all other climates, be dependable, and be available when needed. The candidate must have a clean driving record, with a valid driver's license, no felony drug, theft or sexual related convictions ever, no misdemeanor convictions within the last 5 years, and no pending charges, or outstanding warrants.
The individual will be working on and around the customer's personal property, so a pre employment drug test, and background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process. The ideal candidate must be of good moral character, there is no exception to this, so if you can't pass the drug test, or background check, please do not waste our time, or your own.
The candidate will be issued our pickup truck and trailer so they can complete the jobs on their daily schedule. However, the candidate must live in Greenville County, and report to our office in the morning to pick up the equipment, and then return it back to our office at the end of the day. Again, there is no exception to this rule, so please do not go against it, if you do, you will be fired immediately.
This position will start out as a part time position, then go up to full time as we begin to fill our schedule. Pay is based off of a percentage per job, and the pay schedule is Bi-Weekly. The more jobs you do, the more you make, so feel free to send new clients our way, they can be family, friends, etc... you will earn a commission for each new referral, who agrees with our estimates, and hires us for their lawn care needs.
On top of that, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses for providing excellent lawn care services to our clients who are satisfied enough with your craftsmanship to leave a positive review on our business pages.
