Construction is underway at the Caine Halter YMCA!

The parking lot expansion and field improvements are officially underway, including installation of a new underground stormwater detention system. The precast concrete vaults will provide below-grade storage capacity to manage stormwater runoff.

We’re excited to see this project progress and bring improved facilities to the Caine Halter YMCA!

We’re proud to serve as the General Contractor for the outdoor renovation at the Caine Halter Family YMCA in Greenville.

This project will transform the YMCA’s youth sports facilities with a raised field, new artificial turf, an underground stormwater retention system, and an expanded parking lot with 110 additional spaces. These improvements will help increase access, expand youth programming, and support the growing demand for sports in our community.
