🎥🏗️ Project Spotlight: AdventHealth Medical Center & Parking Deck at Mills Park
Originally designed as tilt-up with structural steel framing, the Advent Health (formerly Upshot) Medical Center and Parking Deck at Mills Park in Orlando was converted to a total precast concrete solution that would meet the developer’s vision while offering a more cost-effective and schedule-friendly building solution. The new Advent Health Medical Center includes a five-story, 72,000-SF total precast north tower and a five-level, 237,774-SF precast parking deck that will provide more than 850 parking spaces for staff and visitors of the medical center. The project is designed for a six-story total precast office tower to potentially be constructed in the future.
Comprised of precast concrete produced by Metromont's Bartow, FL manufacturing facility, the tower includes exterior architectural load-bearing panels with integral color, sandblast finish, formliner, and cast-in thin-brick finishes, as well as cantilevered floors for canted glass.

Contributing to the of a community’s under-utilized or historic areas in a way that benefits residents is one of the reasons we love our work! er****on continues at the 301 West 6th Street Apartments and Parking Garage in Richmond, Virginia. Located on a 2.89-acre parcel adjacent to the James River in the forward-thinking Manchester neighborhood of Richmond, the 500,000-SF Phase 1 of the project consists of an 18-story, apartment tower above parking, and a free-standing precast . When complete, 301 West 6th Street will feature open green space areas and will include views of the downtown Richmond skyline. Metromont’s Richmond and Wi******er teams are proud to be part of this project with Avery Hall, KBS, Inc., and WPA Studios.

Produced by our Greenville and Spartanburg, SC manufacturing facilities, USC Gateway 737 is an award-winning, 750,000-SF mixed-use total precast development located on the University of South Carolina campus in Columbia, SC. 🏗️
The development features an 11-story, 940-bed student housing tower and a precast parking structure providing 580 spaces, complete with a rooftop amenity level including a lounge area and swimming pool.

Located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, with views of the Charleston waterfront, the Charleston Tech Center is a six-story Class A office building dedicated exclusively to housing tech and tech-related companies. The building’s exterior features 33,000 square feet of architectural precast cladding produced by Metromont’s Greenville, SC, manufacturing facility. The precast cladding panels incorporate unique graphic concrete details inspired by a technology aesthetic, as well as light and medium sandblast and medium acid etch finishes.
Metromont’s Greenville and Spartanburg, SC manufacturing facilities also constructed the adjacent seven-story, 236,000-square-foot precast parking structure, which provides approximately 800 parking spaces for employees and visitors to the Charleston Tech Center.
