Which roof did you get on your house? Go outside and look up and see if you can identify the metal “drip apron” or “drip edge” around the perimeter of your roof. The metal should come down from under the shingle and have a kick out with a gap onto your fascia. If you don’t have that…. You may have roof 1 😮

This one had hidden trouble at the eaves from missing ice and water barrier, so we replaced the damaged plywood, added proper protection with ice and water barrier and drip edge, and finished it with an Owens Corning Duration Desert Rose roof that’s made to last a lifetime.

We tore this roof off and saw zero waterproofing. Not to worry, as we install ice and water barrier plus drip edge STANDARD on every roof. Built better on purpose. Owens Corning Roofing
