We kept going past the covered patio, out to the pool. The stone wall wraps the whole enclosure and holds the grade. The iron gates are custom, built to match the weight of the stone. Same idea as the rest of the project: every piece set to work together and stay that way. Up on the course here in the Upstate.

A kitchen is the center of gravity for a home. It dictates how the morning starts and how an evening unfolds.

When laying out this space, we designed it around the massive central island to ensure whoever is cooking is never cut off from the rest of the house. By integrating heavy-duty appliances into the custom cabinetry and leaving the sightlines open to the two-story family room, every element is intentional and connected. It is a seamless blend of beauty and function, built to handle daily life just as effortlessly as a crowded weekend gathering. It is always a privilege to see a concept turn into reality.

The sound of moving water completely changes the baseline of a backyard. For this build, we anchored the environment with a central fountain and built the sightlines outward to a custom octagonal pavilion. Complete with integrated masonry and a full outdoor kitchen, the structure is engineered to be a permanent extension of the home. Quiet, cohesive, and built for the long haul.
