What looks like work to you, Feels like fun to me.
I absolutely love what I do, I wake up feeling excited to get to work. I feel like there isn’t enough time in the day, not because I’m behind schedule but because I wish I could be working more. I recognize that most people don’t feel this way about there work, but honestly I’m just one lucky man. I wouldn’t change a single thing even if I could.

One thing I do a bit different than most is adding a 5* angle to push the water out of the home if it gets in through the window flashing.
I’ve done so many home remodels and the only houses where the window frames weren’t rotted out they used gravity to their advantage and that’s all I’m trying to do here.
If you have a faster more efficient way or a different way of framing your windows I would love to see it! I’m always happy to learn!
I preassemble my headers with glue and on this house I’m not doing insulated headers because it is getting spray foam and the headers can get sprayed when the rest of the house is.
