This primary bathroom was designed as a daily retreat for the future homeowner(s). We used authentic Calacatta Honed Marble on both the bathroom floor and shower floor, bringing natural movement and elegance throughout the space. The spacious walk-in shower, freestanding oversized soaking tub, warm brass fixtures, and classic tilework come together to create a relaxing space that feels luxurious without being overdone - a place to exhale, if you will.

There’s something special about renovating a home with history—and this North Main area home, originally built in 1919, was no exception.

Our goal was to honor the character of the home while creating spaces that feel fresh, functional, and ready for the way today’s homeowners live. The kitchen combines deep, moody cabinetry with warm hardwood floors, bright tile, brass accents, and plenty of room to gather.

Just beyond the kitchen, the custom wine bar adds another layer of character, pairing beautifully with the original exposed brick and creating the perfect spot for entertaining.

We’re proud to have played a part in bringing this historic home into its next chapter. And now, this beautifully renovated property is on the market and ready for its next owner.
