Are you a skilled mechanic tired of flat-rate work, inconsistent hours, or shop politics?
Texas Yard Pro is looking for a top-tier, hands-on professional to take ownership of our equipment and fleet.
This is not an entry-level role — we want someone who knows their way around equipment and takes pride in keeping things running right.
🔧 What You’ll Be Working On:
* Skid steers, tractors, commercial mowers, trucks, trailers, small engines (all forms of construction equipment)
Preventative maintenance programs & diagnostics
Managing fleet reliability and minimizing downtime
Overseeing shop organization, tools, and workflow
Troubleshooting and repairing equipment across operations
💪 What We’re Looking For:
* Strong mechanical and diagnostic experience
* Background in heavy equipment, landscaping equipment, or fleet maintenance
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Leadership mindset — able to take ownership and run the shop
💰 What You Get:
* $60K–$75K+ depending on experience (we pay for skill)
