Want an open floor plan? ⬇️

While reality TV can make it look like a quick process, the reality is that a remodel of this scale takes months!

Our team designed this project with a structural engineer to ensure the second story is properly supported. With proper planning, we will be able to remove 4 major walls throughout the living area!

The process looks like this:
➡️ Planning & Engineering
➡️ Demo of drywall to expose existing framing
➡️ Building temporary supports
➡️ Demo of existing walls
➡️ Installation of structural beams
➡️ Removal of temporary supports

And that's just the structural work.

After that comes weeks of putting the home back together through rough-ins, insulation, drywall, painting, trim, and final finishes.

Sounds intense? It is. But the final result will be worth it!

We're overdue for an update on our Greer Kitchen Remodel!

Here are the goals we've accomplished so far:

✅ Straightening out the angled wall of cabinetry
✅ Centering the range on the back wall
✅ Moving the fridge for easy access
