We're spicing up this existing home with a fresh exterior palate to include enhanced curb appeal by creating a visible primary entry, street-facing glazing in the garage and minor roof modifications. Inside, we're reorganizing the space to take advantage of the natural light from the clerestory, vaulting ceilings, enhancing the flow, creating a bangin new kitchen, primary bath, and laundry. Oh, and adding a golf cart bay. A must-have when living on the links!

Richland Creek Modern | Custom Residence

We designed this new single-family home to work with the steep terrain of a tight downtown lot. The residence features robust exterior materials and an interior that is rooted in biophilic principles via the use of natural materials and earthy colors, live plants and ample daylighting. With 4 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms on 2 levels, this is downtown living at its finest!

"I lingered most about the fireplace, as the most vital part of the house." ~Thoreau

In this renovation to a 1960's ranch home, we vaulted the ceilings, installed expansive glass walls to view the surrounding forest, added a modern wood stove by and incorporated biophilic finishes to create a tranquil retreat for daily life.
Of course no home is complete without works by !
